This was a basement remodel in essence.  The owner is an artist and wanted to have a place to display her artwork.  Paschke Properties did all the framing, sheetrock and installed doors and trim.  The space may look ‘unfinished’ but at it’s heart it is a painting studio and place of peace.  The owner is very happy with the results.

This was an extensive 8 month remodel of an entire house.  The home was in a fire and while the fire did not seriously undermine the structural integrity of the home, it rendered the entire house black with soot and ruined everything.  Paschke Properties spent an entire summer tearing the house down to the studs and rebuilding it from the ground up.  We also wanted to improve the home so we added an addition over the garage and made a master suite with walk through closet and a master bathroom.  The home ‘sold’ before it was finished so the new owners had a say in choosing materials, colors and options for the property.  They couldn’t be happier!

This house had great bones but it had been sadly neglected.  It needed a kitchen badly and most of it was original from the 60’s.  We renovated the whole house including new windows, bathroom,  kitchen and living areas.  Joelle Benson staged the house beautifully and it sold in 3 days.  This was a fun project.

From 80’s to Now…

This bathroom needed an update!  The bath had a tired old insert with a hole in it and a two faucet shower (not street legal these days).  Paschke Properties redid the insert with a beautiful tile replacement, LVP flooring to cover the dated linoleum, a new toilet, new vanity and new paint and hardware.

Recent Renovation at a rental property to give people what they want in todays market.  Large showers, modern trim, new doors, vanities and hardware

This amazing shower was a labor of love.  A huge mosaic with pencil rail outline provides a focal point.  Gleaming marble tile surrounds the glass block window while hexagonal natural stone makes up the floor.  This shower is very large – 9.5 ‘ x 4.5’.  Clever shower handle placement allow the user to warm up the water from a safe distance 🙂

This was a large project.  The owners wanted to increase storage space and retrofit a large part of their house.  Work included a new roof, new soffits and fascia, new sunrise windows, new gutters with gutter guards, remodeling a bathroom and putting an addition on the garage.  Lastly, residing the entire house to make it pretty!

Travertine Master Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom has an old world feel.  Travertine is a natural stone that forms in caves, in this case from Turkey.  This travertine is ‘honed’ which gives it a rustic feel.  To make it a ‘transitional’ style modern cabinetry and quartz countertops were paired with trendy sink basins to offset the rustic feel of the tile.  The tile floors are heated which is a nice touch to this comfy remodel.  Includes semi-custom cabinetry.

Trendy Subway Tile Remodel

Turning an old 1970’s bathroom into something awesome!

This old bathroom was straight out of the 1970’s.  The goal was to modernize it and introduce a Carrera marble look without breaking the bank.  Hexagonal floors tiles and harmonizing paint colors bring out the colors in the tile.  This was a complete remodel and the tub was replaced, along with an old rotting window that was replaced with a glass block window.  Full shower surround with new hardware and custom shower niche.
